My experience was HORRIBLE. They sent me the WRONG backpack(pink instead of black) and they refused to reimburse for shipping and return shipping, even though it was their fault. Amazon eventually gave me a credit to use for their website only, but I do not want anything from them. I will never do business with either of these companies again, because they do not care about the customer.

I thought that the fabric would have had more body to it, soft and thin
fabric is what the product turned out to be.
Product is well made though, Jansport products for the most part are
good quality.

My 3 year old grand daughter likes the back pack. Its just right for her sized frame. Will really come in handy when she starts preschool this fall. We have never been disappointed with a JanSport back pack, this is our 4th, a couple are several years old and have been dragged to the beach, on several trips, on planes and one I used for a purse for 2 years, its still in good shape and still being used.
